Rising 2L's must be in the top 1/3 of their class or attain a minimum 2.8 GPA.2. Rising 3L's must have at least 2 semesters left and a minimum 2.8 GPA.3. In the book, Judge Altman examines accusations against Israel through a legal lens, as if they were being presented in court, rather than as a political argument. Judge Altman was born in Venezuela, earned a BA from Columbia University, where he played quarterback on the football team, and his JD from Yale, then served 6 years as an AUSA in the Southern District of Florida, before his appointment to the bench in 2019.
